This Privacy Policy explains how Flexicoach ("we", "us", "our") handles information in the mobile application PDF & Photo Toolkit (the "App"). By using the App you agree to this Policy.

Summary

• Your files are processed entirely on your device. Your photos and PDFs are never uploaded to us or any server.

• No account or sign-in is required. We do not ask for your name, email, or phone number.

• The free version shows ads (Google AdMob), which may use an advertising identifier.

• An optional one-time "Pro" purchase (handled by Google Play) removes ads.

• We do not sell your personal information.

1. Information Processed On Your Device Only

The core features of the App — compressing photos and PDFs, scanning documents, resizing, cropping, converting formats, OCR (text recognition), removing image backgrounds, adding text or signatures, viewing and removing photo metadata, and all PDF tools (merge, split, protect, watermark, sign, view) — run 100% offline on your device.

The files you open, create, or edit are stored in the App's private storage on your device until you delete them or share them. We do not have access to these files, and they are never transmitted to us or to any third party.

2. Permissions We Use

• Photos / Media (Android Photo Picker): so you can choose images or PDFs to work on. We use the system photo picker and do not request broad access to your gallery.

• Camera (document scanner only): used by the on-device Google document scanner to capture pages. Images are processed on the device.

• Notifications: to show progress for long batch tasks. This is optional.

• Internet / Network state: used only to show ads and to download on-device machine-learning models (see Section 5). File processing does not require the internet.

3. Advertising

The free version of the App displays ads using Google AdMob. To provide and measure ads, Google may collect and process data such as a device advertising identifier, IP address, general device information, and ad interaction data. This data is handled by Google in accordance with its own policies.

If you live in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland, we present a consent form (via Google's User Messaging Platform) before serving personalized ads, and you can change your choice at any time from the App's Settings screen.

You can reset or limit your advertising identifier in your device's Settings → Google → Ads. Purchasing "Pro" removes all ads.

4. Purchases

The optional one-time "Pro" upgrade is processed by Google Play Billing. We do not receive or store your payment card details; all payment information is handled by Google. We only receive confirmation of whether the purchase is active, so we can remove ads and unlock features. See Google Play's terms and privacy policy for how your purchase data is handled.

5. On-Device Machine Learning (ML Kit)

Features such as document scanning, text recognition (OCR), and background removal use Google ML Kit models that run on your device. Your images and text are processed locally and are not sent to Google for these features. The first time you use certain features, the App may download the required model from Google over the internet; this download does not include your photos or files.

6. Analytics & Crash Reporting

To understand which features are used and to improve stability, the App may collect anonymous, aggregated usage events (for example: "a task started", "a task completed", "the upgrade screen was opened") using a third-party analytics provider. These events do not include your file contents, file names, or any information that identifies you personally. If analytics is disabled in a given build, no such data is collected.

7. Information We Do NOT Collect

• We do not collect your name, email address, phone number, or contacts.

• We do not upload, store, or read the contents of your photos or documents.

• We do not collect precise location. (Note: your own photos may contain GPS data in their metadata — the App includes a tool that lets you remove that metadata before sharing.)

• We do not sell your personal information.

8. Data Retention & Deletion

Files you create remain in the App's private storage on your device until you delete them (individually, via "Clear all" in History, or by uninstalling the App). App settings and your Pro status are stored locally on your device. Because your files never leave your device, you are in full control of deleting them at any time.

9. Children's Privacy

The App is a general-audience utility and is not directed to children under the age of 13 (or the minimum age required in your country). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Ads are configured with a general-audience content rating.

10. Your Rights

EEA/UK (GDPR): You have the right to access, correct, or erase your data, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to withdraw ad consent at any time (via Settings). Because we do not hold your files or account data on our servers, most of your data resides only on your device and is under your control.

California (CCPA/CPRA): We do not sell or share personal information as defined by California law. California residents have the right to know, delete, and opt out; you can exercise these by contacting us at the address below.

11. International Users

The App can be used worldwide. Any limited data handled by our advertising and analytics partners may be processed in countries other than yours, in accordance with those partners' policies and applicable safeguards.

12. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. We will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page, and material changes will be reflected here. Your continued use of the App after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
